Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at 13thavenue.eu. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We provide free shipping on orders above 100€ in all EU countries.

Shipment processing time*

In most EU countries, Switzerland, and the United States orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

Orders shipped to Israel, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, and Sweden can take up to 7 days.

For faster shipping time, please get in touch with us to see, and we will try our best to arrange.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates*

Shipping charges are as follows.

EU – Orders amounted below €30 are €8.90; under €100 are €4.90, orders above €100 are free.

Switzerland and Ukraine – €14.90.

United Kingdom – €12.90.

United States and Canada - €18.90.

Israel – €25.

* Disclaimer: shipping prices and time may increase drastically in some islands, rural areas, etc., even in the mentioned countries.

 

International Shipping

Please Note: We are on vacation from August 12-23. Your order will ship on the 24th of August when we return.

Customs and Duties, Special Discount.

Orders shipped outside the EU will have the EU VAT removed from their order; you may be charged import tax and duty, etc., in your country.

13^th Avenue BVBA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (duties, tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
