Refund policy

We will gladly refund your purchase within seven business days after receiving your order; to request a larger return time frame, contact us at for an exception.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that starting today, all returns must be submitted through our new self-serve returns page on Shopify. We kindly request that you do not submit returns through other channels such as email, WhatsApp, or phone. This will ensure that your return is processed in a timely and efficient manner. We gladly accept returns on all unused items that are still in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, with the exception of custom items and equipment with optional accessories.

Once you have submitted your return request, you will need to ensure that the products arrive at our store in the right condition.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll automatically get refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygienic reasons, tights and underwear cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
